Still don't have the courage, motivation or time to explore the secrets of ingredients and the strange art of mixing phases? Or maybe you are interested in this topic, but you need a little support and help?
Well, I'm here to tell you all about it in simple words. At these workshops, I will be showing you how to make simple skincare products from scratch, talking you through what ingredients to use, their benefits, and where you can source them.
I will tell you about:
- which oils are best for different skin types
- what herbs to use in cosmetics and for what purpose, and in what form
- about good and bad ingredients in store cosmetics
- what preservatives to use and why
We can make cosmetics of varying degrees of difficulty, colourful and fragrant, but healthy and safe for the skin.
We will do together:
- sugar and salt body scrub with potassium soap 250ml
- moisturizing body lotion 150 ml
- coloured shower gel 200 ml
The workshops will be held in a small group so that we have time to explain everything thoroughly and to make you feel taken care of. The workshop program is designed in such a way that we can jointly modify it on site to suit your needs.
The workshop will take place at the JBR Art Haus store, Hynds Square, Portlaoise

- Cost: €47 per person
Additional info about the workshop:
- The workshop will take 2.5-3 hours max.
- I provide all necessary equipment and materials.
- A maximum of 6 people can participate in the classes.
- This class is for adults only, minimum age requirement is 16 years.
